Job Description

 As an IT Executive, you’ll support and manage the company’s IT systems and infrastructure — ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, resolving technical issues, and contributing to system enhancements and security measures. This role helps keep internal technology running efficiently so departments across the business can operate effectively 

Job Requirements

📌 Education

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Systems, or related field.
  (This aligns with general IT Executive standards in Malaysia)
   

📌 Experience

• 1 – 3+ years of relevant IT experience — typically in IT support, network administration, hardware/software troubleshooting, or similar role
   

📌 Skills & Knowledge

✅ Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and networks
✅ Understanding of IT security fundamentals (backup, firewall, access control)
✅ Ability to support servers, networks, and user accounts
✅ Good communication to help non-technical users with issues

📌 Desirable
✔ Experience with cloud solutions, virtualization, or cybersecurity tools
✔ Knowledge of backup/recovery, server administration, or network security best practices
