<li>Manage and oversee day-to-day administrative and operational matters to ensure smooth business operations</li>
<li>Support the Director in daily activities, including scheduling, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and task prioritisation</li>
<li>Act as the primary point of contact, handling and prioritising all incoming and outgoing communications (emails, calls, documents)</li>
<li>Maintain strict confidentiality in handling sensitive information, documents, and personal matters</li>
<li>Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to ensure timely execution of tasks, meetings, and business activities</li>
<li>Assist in organising meetings, events, and business-related arrangements where required</li>
<li>Monitor and follow up on tasks, ensuring deadlines and commitments are met</li>
<li>Manage documentation, claims processing, and proper filing systems for accurate record-keeping</li>
<li>Support ad-hoc assignments and projects as required by the Director</li>
