The Senior Event Manager is responsible for leading, planning, and executing high-profile events from concept to completion. This role involves overseeing event budgets, managing client relationships, coordinating internal teams and vendors, and ensuring the seamless delivery of events that meet or exceed client expectations.

 Key Responsibilities

<li>Lead and mentor event team, coordinators, and crew.</li>
<li>Develop creative event concepts aligned with client objectives and company standards.</li>
<li>Prepare detailed event proposals, timelines, and budgets.</li>
<li>Conduct site visits, feasibility studies, and risk assessments.</li>
<li>Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.</li>
<li>Manage client expectations, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.</li>
<li>Monitor event progress to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.</li>
<li>Coordinate event planning meetings across relevant teams and ensure timely follow-up on agreed actions.</li>
<li>Allocate resources, assign responsibilities, and oversee daily project operations.</li>
<li>Conduct comprehensive post-event reviews, gathering feedback to improve future events.</li>
<li>Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in delivering results within tight deadlines.</li>
<li>Implement risk management and contingency plans.</li>
