Job Description

The Digital Specialist will be responsible for all things digital in terms of events, mainly ideation, discussion with third-party digital vendors, logic-planning, setup for digital items, execution during events, post-mortem. Besides that, individual is also required to manage in-house tech-related tasks for the company (company SharePoint infrastructure, emails, printers, etc.).

Job Requirements

Core Responsibilities

• Whole process of event tech from ideation to excution for events when needed
• Maintaining wellbeing of all in-company tech
• Set up and manage all event tech infrastructure
• Ensure real-time troubleshooting during events
• Coordinate with external IT vendors (app developers, venue IT, etc.) 
• Oversee event apps, QR systems, RFID, or check-in kiosks
• Maintain data integrity & reporting (attendee analytics, engagement metrics)

In-Company Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support for staff (hardware, software, network) 
• Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices 
• Manage user accounts, passwords, and access rights 
• Handle onboarding/offboarding (device setup, email, system access)
• System and software administration (install, configure, update, etc.)
