Job Description
- Assist in preparing and formatting sales proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
- Support the pre-sales team in gathering requirements and aligning them with IT solutions.
- Maintain and update proposal templates, presentations, and documentation libraries.
- Conduct basic research on client industries, competitors, and IT solutions to strengthen proposals.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate and compelling solution descriptions.
- Participate in internal meetings and client discussions to observe and contribute to solution design.
- Ensure all documentation is clear, professional, and aligned with company standards.
Job Requirements
- Duration: 6 months
- Start Date: As soon as possible
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong interest in sales, business development, and IT solutions.
- Good writing, editing, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); knowledge of design tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
