<p>The role of Specialists – Receipting, is to be the subject matter expert related to the Receipting Processing which is responsible for conducting services relating to Billing &amp; Cash Applications. The incumbent will be part of a team of specialists that will report to the Order to Cash Manager.&nbsp;</p>
<p>This person will support in delivering a high performing Order-to-Cash function, through meeting KPIs and financial targets.&nbsp;</p>

<p><strong>OTC Service Delivery</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Responsible for day-to-day operational duties, process payment matching and record receipts from on   timely manner.</li>
<li>Perform clearing of open items in customer accounts.</li>
<li>Monitor collection activities of past due, critical accounts, monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) balances.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain good working relationships with counterparts in BU, HQ to ensure smooth processing of transactions.</li>
<li>Liaise with internal and external on receipting and reconciliation related matters, conduct root cause analysis and work on process improvement.</li>
<li>Prepares adjustments (credit/debit memos) when necessary and ensuring the adjustments is prepared   in accordance with the relevant policies and approval.</li>
<li>Serve as the subject matter expert pertaining to receipting operations.</li>
<li>Work closely with tBusiness Partner unit and ensure all accounting activities of OTC processes are executed effectively and efficiently with appropriate controls and end to end view.</li>
<li>Perform month-end and year-end closing steps in accordance with the established work instructions and checklist.</li>
<li>Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by manager.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Reporting   Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Prepare reports and assist in any data entry when required.</li>
<li>Prepare monthly Customer Aging Reports for BU.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare, generate, and evaluate reports for collection accounts, credit reports, and client   accounts.</li>
<li>Prepare debtors reconciliation for assigned portfolio and ensure reconciling items are   resolved within the timeline.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Responsible for the timeliness and accuracy of receipting reports</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Project Management and Continuous Improvement</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Support the implementation of new procedures as well as evaluate, plan, and implement improvements of existing procedures in all business processes and practices.</li>
<li>Work closely with the Team Lead and systems support team to continually automate, streamline, and improve current reporting, operational and reconciliation processes to improve business efficiency.</li>
<li>Assist with ad hoc projects as needed. Liaise with internal and external on billing related matters, conduct root cause analysis and work on process improvement.</li>
