Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow WonderLab’s skincare brand across online marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.) and brand.com. This role involves executing, managing, and optimizing product listings, promotions, inventory, and content to drive sales, traffic, and conversions. The position also includes analyzing store performance and providing actionable insights to optimize campaigns and overall business strategy. Responsibilities and level of strategic involvement will vary based on experience.

Job Responsibilities :

Online Store & Listing Management

  • Handle daily e-commerce operations, including managing and updating product listings, inventory synchronization, order processing, pricing updates, and campaign submissions.
  • Ensure product pages adhere to brand guidelines and are optimized for conversion (keyword relevance, visual consistency, cross-selling).

Promotion & Campaign Execution

  • Execute platform campaigns, flash sales, and bundle promotions according to monthly calendars.
  • Liaise with platform key account managers to secure participation in mega campaigns (e.g., 3.3, 6.6, 11.11).
  • Track promotion performance and submit post-campaign sales reports with learnings and ROI.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Analyze daily store performance metrics (traffic, conversion, sales, CTR, etc.) and translate data insights into actionable optimization strategies.
  • Support weekly and monthly business reviews with data-driven insights for management.
  • Identify underperforming SKUs and propose corrective actions such as price adjustments, bundles, or content refreshes. 

Content & Creative Coordination

  • Coordinate with Marketing and Creative teams to ensure updated visuals, copywriting, and campaign assets.
  • Brief, upload, and maintain marketplace store creatives and promotional visuals.
  • Assist in content scheduling for affiliate or influencer seeding campaigns.

Customer Experience & Review Management

  • Monitor customer reviews and respond to inquiries promptly; escalate product or service issues to relevant departments.
  • Track customer satisfaction metrics and ensure after-sales service aligns with brand standards.
  • Attend customer inquiries across all e-commerce platforms in a timely and professional manner.

Cross-Channel Collaboration

  • Work closely with Warehouse on logistics efficiency, order fulfillment accuracy, and delivery timelines to ensure positive post-sale experiences.
  • Collaborate with Retail and Marketing teams to align promotions and inventory planning.
  • Support CRM initiatives such as voucher programs, loyalty mechanics, and repurchase incentives to drive customer retention.

Job Requirements

Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Experience: Open to freshgraduate.

Skills & Competencies :

  • Proficient in Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop Seller Centers.
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills for sales data interpretation.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in fast-paced environments.
  • Good communication and coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics (CTR, CVR, ROI) is an advantage
  • Advantage 1-2 years experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in beauty, skincare, or FMCG.
