POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Junior/Executive, Sales Team Support plays a vital role in providing end-to-end operational and administrative support to the SR Sales Team Support Department. This position ensures that key processes — including onboarding, performance tracking, and engagement initiatives — are carried out accurately, efficiently, and within the required timelines. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organised, and proactive in coordinating multiple tasks to support the department’s overall performance and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding Support – Enrolment Processing Time
<ul>
<li>Coordinate and process new enrolments within the required timeframe.</li>
<li>Verify and validate all documentation for completeness and accuracy before approval.</li>
<li>Maintain and update enrolment records in the system.</li>
<li>Liaise with relevant departments to ensure a smooth and seamless onboarding experience.</li>
</ul>
Sales Tracking &amp; Monthly KPI Support
<ul>
<li>Track and compile monthly sales performance data.</li>
<li>Coordinate the Monthly KPI disbursement process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.</li>
<li>Prepare and submit monthly performance reports to management for review and decision-making.</li>
</ul>
Communication &amp; Engagement Support – Attendance Monitoring &amp; Meeting
<ul>
<li>Monitor and record attendance of participants.</li>
<li>Follow up on absenteeism cases to ensure accountability and adherence to programme requirements.</li>
<li>Provide administrative support for meetings, including preparing materials, taking minutes, and following up on action items.</li>
</ul>
Communication &amp; Engagement Support – Venue Coordination
<ul>
<li>Communicate schedules, updates, and key information to participants in a timely and professional manner.</li>
<li>Support the execution of engagement programmes to enhance participation and motivation. </li>
</ul>
