Core Responsibilities :
-Manage and coach a telemarketing team to generate sales-qualified leads through business sales calls to prospect customer
-Recruit, train, lead and supervise telemarketers, providing coaching to improve performance and achieve business target
-Develop and implement effective telemarketing strategies aligned with overall sales objectives.
-Ensure the team proactively builds prospect lists, qualifies leads, and secures sales appointments.
-Maintain effective collaboration and communication with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion and securing sales appointments (follow up once appointment has been confirmed by your team.)
-Oversee CRM usage, ensuring accurate updates and data management.
-Conduct performance reviews, implement improvement plans, and foster a motivated team environment.
-Prepare reports on telemarketing activities, lead quality, and conversion rates
