Responsible for providing frontline financial services to students. This includes processing payments, issuing receipts, handling student inquiries which are related to financial aid matter.

• Assisting students with account inquiries regarding accounts, payment status, balance and billing issue.
• Update and maintain accurate records of financial aid recipients and transactions.
• Receive and process payments and receipt issuance.
• Statement of account verification for staff and agent claim.
• Entering and updating student financial information in the system.
• Supporting other finance-related functions as needed.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial aid and other student issues.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience, specializing in finance-related role.
• Good interpersonal and collaborative skills to work effectively with team and other business partners throughout the organization.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Flexible, and able to work under time constraints and deadlines.
• Strong numerical and organizational skills.
