The HRPB will be responsible for driving employee engagement, performance management and overall HR service delivery within the university’s academic and non-academic staff.</p> </div></div><div class="brxe-block col-8"><h2 class="brxe-heading primary text-m">Key Responsibilities</h2><div class="brxe-text"><ul> <li><strong>Strategic HR Partnering:</strong> <ul> <li>Provide HR expertise and advice to leadership and department heads in shaping HR strategies and policies.</li> <li>Drive workforce planning and organisational development initiatives that align with the university’s objectives.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <ul> <li><strong>Employee Relations &amp; Engagement:</strong> <ul> <li>Promote a positive working environment by addressing employee concerns and ensuring compliance with policies.</li> <li>Lead initiatives to improve staff engagement and satisfaction.</li> <li>Provide counselling and guidance on conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary matters.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <ul> <li><strong>Performance Management:</strong> <ul> <li>Work with departments to manage employee performance and development.</li> <li>Assist in setting and reviewing performance goals and objectives for staff.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <ul> <li><strong>HR Policies and Compliance:</strong> <ul> <li>Ensure that HR practices are compliant with Malaysian labour laws and university policies.</li> <li>Develop and review HR policies to align with the university’s values and objectives.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <ul> <li><strong>HR Analytics and Reporting:</strong> <ul> <li>Provide data-driven insights and reports on HR metrics, including turnover, employee satisfaction, and other relevant KPIs.</li> <li>Use HR metrics to recommend improvements and make informed decisions.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> </div></div><div class="brxe-block col-8"><h2 class="brxe-heading primary text-m">Skills and Experiences</h2><div class="brxe-text"><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 4 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role or similar capacity, preferably in a university or academic institution.</li> <li>In-depth knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and HR best practices.</li> <li>Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and organisational development.</li> <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with various stakeholders.</li> <li>Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key Skills &amp; Competencies:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.</li> <li>Strong analytical and decision-making skills.</li> <li>High level of integrity and confidentiality.</li> <li>Ability to drive change and foster a positive organisational culture.</li> <li>Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.</li> </ul> </div></div><a class="brxe-button btn-main bricks-button bricks-background-primary" href="https://boards.briohr.com/mindaglobal-xpbsame68h/details/67bd6a8f7d0b3c00087d9542" target="_blank">Apply Now</a></p>
