Job Description

Operation:

  1. To ensure that restaurant operate efficiently and profitably while maintaining their reputation and ethos.
  2. Work as communicator between outlet pic or management and subordinates.
  3. Supervise and support the operation for all outlet assigned.
  4. Train, motivate, supervise, communicate and evaluate food & beverage service staff in accordance with operating policies
  5. Assist to prepare training materials for outlet staff training.
  6. Conduct onsite training (operation guideline & customer service) based on schedule arranged
  7. Prepare all documents for PBT application & Ensure all PBT license renew before expiry date.
  8. Involve in new outlet opening. 
  9. To ensure the achievement of monthly profit and sales 
  10. Assist HOD in audit and review outlet performance.
  11. Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation / guidelines.
  12. Liaising with customers, employees, purchasing, and licensing authorities
  13. Weekly reporting on outlet performance includes stocks & staff.
  14. Assist food safety audit and halal department.
  15. Audit outlet and handling complaint
  16. Regularly check outlet CCTV
  17. Cover Klang Valley & Outstation outlets 
  18. Travel to outstation as arranged by immediate superior or the Management
  19. Performs any ad-hoc tasks and other job-related duties as assigned by immediate superior or the Management

Daily Task:

  1. Ensure all outlet has enough manpower to run the business.
  2. Arrange manpower accordingly by follow labor cost guideline.
  3. Check morning & closing report for each outlet, follow-up with outlet pic and ensure closing report sent completely.
  4. Check supervisor’s daily report, and record all the issue reported.
  5. Submit vegetable order (Mon, Wed & Fri).
  6. Outlet visit report includes:

- Outlet condition

- Staff performance

- Product quality

- Stock issue

- Other highlighted issue

Weekly:

  1. Plan staff roster based on outlet’s operational requirements.
  2. Complete weekly labor cost.
  3. Conduct staff appraisal on week 3 every month.

Job Requirements

  1. Possess at least a Diploma in any field and or at least 1 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  2. Preferably having management experience in food and beverage line.
  3. A team player with leadership skills, independent and pleasant personality.
  4. Maturity to deal with all staff and customers in professional way.
  5. Good attitude with detail-oriented and serious person
  6. Good command of verbal and written English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  7. Possess own transport for work.
  8. Able to work in long hours.
  9. Able to travel within states.
