Job Description

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented intern to create content for our Xiaohongshu (小红书 / XHS) presence, focusing on content that reflects our brand, culture, and hiring initiatives.

If you enjoy storytelling, content creation, and understanding what makes posts saved, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content (copy, visuals, short videos)
• Produce content related to hiring, team culture, and brand storytelling
• Adapt content to fit XHS trends, style, and platform behaviour
• Ensure all content follows XHS guidelines and best practices
• Monitor content performance and suggest improvements
• Conduct trend and competitor research on XHS
• Support general social media and content tasks when needed

Job Requirements

• Strong interest in Xiaohongshu (XHS) and content creation
• Experience managing a personal or brand XHS account is a strong advantage
• Good understanding of XHS trends, content style, and platform rules
• Strong writing and storytelling skills (Mandarin preferred)
• Basic photo and video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Jian Ying, etc.)
• Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Bonus (Nice-to-Have)

• Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, or other social platforms
• Comfortable appearing in or creating casual content
