Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles across departments
   
• Proactively source, attract, and engage with Mandarin-speaking candidates through various channels
   
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
   
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, assessments, and follow-ups
   
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires
   
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports
   
• Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and networking sessions
   
• Conduct live sessions on social media platforms to promote job opportunities and build employer brand
   
• Willingness to work on weekends to support recruitment events and job fairs as needed
   

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
   
• Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
   
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
   
• Experience organizing and attending career fairs or recruitment events
   
• Comfortable speaking on camera for social media live sessions
   
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
   
• Flexibility to work weekends for recruitment-related activities
