Job Description
- Plan, organize, and execute seminars, workshops, and conferences
- Coordinate venue booking, suppliers, emcee, speakers, and logistics
- Prepare event timelines, run-downs, and ensure smooth execution
- Liaise with marketing, sales, and operations teams
- Manage event budget and cost control
- Handle event registration, guest management & on-site coordination
- Work closely with speakers, vendors, and participants
- Conduct post-event reporting and improvement analysis
Job Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Event Management, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years experience in event planning or coordination
- Fresh graduates with strong coordination skills may apply
- Able to speak & write Mandarin
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Able to multitask and work under pressure
- Willing to work on weekends or travel when required
- Good negotiation skills with vendors
- Able to work on weekend
