Job Description
- Handle inbound & outbound calls, WhatsApp, and social media inquiries
- Provide accurate information about company programs, events, and services
- Follow up with leads and existing clients on registration & payment matters
- Maintain good relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Handle complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions
- Update customer information into CRM system
- Coordinate with Sales & Operations team for smooth program execution
- Assist company events when required
Job Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in customer service / telemarketing / sales support
- Fresh graduates with good communication skills are welcome
- Able to speak & write Mandarin
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Patient, positive, and customer-oriented mindset
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage
- Able to work on weekend and support event.
