Job Description

Salary Basic from RM3000 ~ RM5000 (based on experience) + Commission & Allowance

The Outlet Manager oversees the daily operations, team performance, and customer service standards of a hair care outlet (salon, retail store, or treatment center), ensuring a smooth and profitable operation aligned with the company’s brand and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Operations Management

  • Oversee daily operations including staff schedules.
  • Ensure the outlet runs smoothly and efficiently, meeting service standards.
  • Monitor cleanliness, safety, and hygiene compliance.

2) Team Supervision & Training

  • Lead and motivate teams.
  • Conduct staff onboarding, ongoing training, and performance evaluations.
  • Handle conflict resolution and ensure high team morale.

3) Customer Service

  • Ensure exceptional customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery.
  • Build and maintain good client relationships and retention.

4) Sales & Target Achievement

  • Drive product and service sales to meet monthly revenue targets.
  • Promote upselling of retail products (e.g., shampoos, serums).
  • Analyze sales data and implement strategies to boost performance.

5) Inventory & Product Management

  • Monitor and manage stock levels for hair care products and tools.
  • Place timely orders and avoid overstocking or shortages.
  • Conduct stock takes and manage product expiry or returns.

6) Marketing & Promotion

  • Support promotional campaigns and membership drives.
  • Coordinate in-store events, product launches, or service demos.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards.

7) Reporting

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operation reports.
  • Track KPIs such as sales performance, customer satisfaction, and staff productivity.


Job Requirements

Skills & Requirements:

  • Atleast 2 to 3 years experience in retail, salon, or beauty outlet management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Sales-driven with good customer service mindset.
  • Familiarity with hair care products and treatment trends.
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory software.
