Experienced Senior HR Executive (Payroll) to oversee HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and compliance with Malaysian labor laws. You will ensure smooth HR processes while maintaining a positive work environment and supporting employee needs.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Manage employee records, contracts, and onboarding from time to time.</li>
<li>Checking and finalist all staff monthly roaster.</li>
<li>Oversee &amp; Execute monthly payroll processing and payment on time to employee.</li>
<li>Ensure accurate &amp; on-time submissions of EPF, SOCSO, EIS deductions, PCB &amp; HRDF contribution &amp; any other payroll related authorities.</li>
<li>Generate HR reports for management on key metrics &amp; Account usage (e.g., payroll, performance).</li>
<li>Manage matters related to salary, benefits and employee discipline</li>
<li>Ensure all employees informed in regards to the company's policies and protocols.</li>
<li>Address employee queries and provide HR guidance.</li>
<li>Handle payroll-related queries and adjustments.</li>
<li>Lead the hiring process from job posting to employee onboarding.</li>
<li>Work with department managers to meet recruitment needs.</li>
</ul>
