Job Description

• Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify workforce needs and ensure timely hiring.
• Develop strategies for talent acquisition, including employer branding and employee referral programs.
• Foster a positive working environment by managing employee relations and resolving conflicts.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
• Address employee concerns, mediate disputes, and provide guidance on employee performance issues.
• Oversee payroll administration and ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
• Analyze HR metrics and prepare regular reports for management, providing insights on employee trends and organizational health.
• Ensure data privacy and confidentiality.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and HR software
• At least 3-5 years of experience in the HR department 
• Must be able to handle payroll
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
