Job Description

1. Assist the Business Development team in identifying potential clients and business opportunities.
2. Conduct market research and competitor analysis in the cybersecurity and IT solutions industry.
3. Support in lead generation activities, including prospecting through online platforms and databases.
4. Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
5. Support the team in coordinating meetings, product demonstrations, and client follow-ups.
6. Maintain and update customer records and sales pipelines in CRM or internal systems.
7. Participate in sales campaigns, marketing initiatives, and business development activities.
8. Provide administrative support to the sales and business development team when required.

Job Requirements

1. Fresh graduates with a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, IT, or other related fields.
2. Candidates with experience in IAAS, Public Cloud, or IDC (Data Center) environments, as well as familiarity with SAAS solutions (particularly in the DDOS or Security Domain), AWS, Cloud platforms, or CDN services, will be highly regarded; however, candidates with proven sales experience or backgrounds in payment, financial services, and software development, along with established client networks or customer resources, are also strongly encouraged to apply.
3. Strong interest in sales, business development, and technology solutions.
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
6. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
7. Ability to communicate with clients in Mandarin (English and Bahasa Malaysia will be an added advantage).
