Job Description

Perform SAP Basis administration tasks such as system installation, configuration, maintenance, backup, restore, refresh, transport management, user administration, authorization, and security.

Monitor and optimize the performance, availability, and reliability of SAP systems, including database, application server, and network components.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and incidents related to SAP systems, including root cause analysis, problem resolution, and documentation.

Apply patches, upgrades, and enhancements to SAP systems as per the project and maintenance requirements.

Ensure compliance with SAP best practices, standards, and guidelines for SAP Basis administration.

Provide technical support and guidance to other IT teams, business users, and external vendors on SAP related matters.
