The successful candidate will be part of the People Data, Pay &amp; Benefits function responsible for ensuring workforce data integrity, accurate and timely pay outcomes, and effective time management across people operations services. This role manages complex and exception-based cases, supports payroll and compensation cycles, and provides subject-matter guidance to strengthen operational quality, controls, and service continuity.&nbsp;

<ins>Key responsibilities</ins>&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Govern workforce data integrity and employee records by implementing and maintaining quality controls across people operations processes.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Review, resolve, and remediate complex data discrepancies and high-risk corrections; support audits, data governance, and compliance requirements.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Manage pay and time management cycles (Singapore &amp; Malaysia) by validating payroll inputs, compensation cycle data, and time or shift updates.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Facilitate accurate and timely payments and deductions, including bonuses, annual increments, annual wage supplements, and other statutory pay components.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Liaise with payroll vendors on data issues, payroll reconciliation, corrections, and audit readiness.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Provide subject-matter guidance to internal stakeholders on complex case resolution, correct processing, and data setup.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Drive process improvement initiatives, system enhancements, and operational efficiencies to ensure timely processing and effective management of workforce data and records.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
