Job Description

• Manage indoor sales operations by engaging with customers to ascertain their needs and expectations
• Negotiating with suppliers for quotes
• Preparing customer quotations
• Drafting tender documents
• Fulfilling received purchase orders and creating purchase requisitions.
• Coordinate with appropriate organizations to conduct product testing.
• Record the progress of sales activities in the appropriate sales systems and documentation.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
• Candidates lacking formal qualifications but possessing a minimum 3 of years of relevant sales experience may be considered
• Proficient in computer applications particularly MS Office (Excel Word Outlook)
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia both verbally and in writing
• Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin is an advantage, although not a necessity
• Must hold a valid driver's license
• Quick learner with a positive mindset
