As an Inside Sales Executive, you'll build and manage a strong sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure, helping our clients grow while directly contributing to the company's success.

Your Growth & Impact

• Build a strong sales portfolio by managing leads, closing deals, and consistently achieving sales targets. 
• Earn attractive monthly commissions of RM2,000–RM10,000 based on your performance. 
• Develop your CRM, sales reporting, and relationship management skills. 
• Expand your professional network by working closely with clients and internal account management teams. 

Responsibilities

Sales & Pipeline

• Make outbound and handle inbound calls to qualify leads and close sales. 
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. 
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities in the CRM. 

Customer Outreach & Experience

• Introduce and present our services to prospective clients. 
• Handle enquiries and objections professionally. 
• Coordinate smooth handovers to the Account Management team and follow up on proposals. 

Reporting & Operations

• Track call activities and sales performance. 
• Prepare weekly sales reports and identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of telesales, telemarketing, or phone sales experience, preferably within media or marketing.
• Secondary education or diploma, with a comfort working to targets and deadlines.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Familiarity with CRM systems, basic MS Excel, and accurate call logging.
• Clear spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to present product information succinctly.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Persuasive communication, resilience under targets, and a customer-first attitude.
• Organised, punctual, and able to manage follow-ups and short timelines reliably.
