We are seeking a Sales Executive to manage business enquiries, grow client orders, and support expansion in B2B pet food manufacturing.
This role focuses on responding to leads, preparing quotations, following up consistently, and closing deals.

Handle sales enquiries via WhatsApp, email, and website
• Prepare quotations and follow up consistently until deals close
• Manage client and reseller restock orders, including invoice preparation
• Maintain and update client databases in the system
• Follow up on pending payments to ensure timely collection
• Coordinate sample orders and liaise with production for scheduling
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and resellers
• Prepare weekly sales updates and simple sales reports
• Ensure all enquiries receive fast, clear, and professional responses
• Assist in improving and structuring processes for sales growth
• Must be able to read, write and talk in both Chinese and English
• Must be comfortable around dogs and cats
