At DGE Group, we are committed to nurturing talent and providing a platform for growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, the eCommerce Executive plays a pivotal role in our business growth and expansion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the company’s eCommerce website, ensuring it is updated with accurate product listings, pricing, and promotions.
• Manage and optimize product listings, promotions, and sales strategies on Shopee and Lazada to increase sales and customer engagement.
• Plan, create, and execute marketing campaigns, flash sales, and promotions on eCommerce platforms, Shopee, Lazada, and social media.
• Plan and develop online contents for social platform to drive brand awareness and order conversion.
• Track and analyse sales performance, conversion rates, customer feedback, and product performance across platforms to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience across all online channels.
• Work closely with our external marketing partners to align strategies and ensure consistent brand messaging across channels.
   

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, digital marketing, business, or a related field.
• Proficiency with eCommerce tools, content management systems, and digital marketing.
• A people-oriented approach with a results-driven and target-focused mindset.
• A passion for learning and a commitment to self-improvement.
• Experience in WooCommerce platform, Shopee, Lazada or TikTok Shop is an advantage (but not mandatory).
• Familiar in Canva app is a plus, but not mandatory
