Key Responsibilities:

<li>Oversee and manage the company’s eCommerce website, ensuring it is updated with accurate product listings, pricing, and promotions.</li>
<li>Manage and optimize product listings, promotions, and sales strategies on Shopee and Lazada to increase sales and customer engagement.</li>
<li>Plan, create, and execute marketing campaigns, flash sales, and promotions on eCommerce platforms, Shopee, Lazada, and social media.</li>
<li>Plan and develop online contents for social platform to drive brand awareness and order conversion.</li>
<li>Track and analyse sales performance, conversion rates, customer feedback, and product performance across platforms to identify areas for improvement.</li>
<li>Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience across all online channels.</li>
<li>Work closely with our external marketing partners to align strategies and ensure consistent brand messaging across channels. &nbsp;</li>
