Job Description

During this internship, you would be learning from our senior experts. Your daily job scope consists of different area within the department of Industrial Project - oversize shipment. 

• Support team members in transportation and shipping in the back-end process. 
• Communicate with pricing and commercial/sales team to ensure rates are as per agreement. 
• Provide basic administrative support to maintain 100% compliance in respective country and overseas regulatory requirements and ensure quality conformance before shipping.
• On-time and accuracy of tool fulfillment report preparation and submission.
• Comprehend customer requirement and make appropriate recommendations and proposal under supervision. 
• Communicate information that requires little explanation or interpretation.
• Any ah-hoc tasks that is assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements

To be successful in this internship, we expect your qualification to have:

• Diploma and/or Degree in Logistics, Transportation, and/or Business Studies with minor in logistics and supply chain.
• It will be added advantage if individual have part-time experience dealing with customers.
• Being able to compose, speak and dress professionally in English.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• This internship working location at Kemaman, Terengganu.
