Description:&nbsp; Job Summary Lead management reporting in Technology business unit including perform gap analysis of monthly PnL, working capital, profitability of customer PnL and lead budgeting/planning process. &nbsp; Job Responsibilities <ul> <li>Supervise departmental operating budgets and costs according to annual allocation to ensure efficient usage of resources.</li> <li>Assist in development of financial and operating budgets for the business</li> <li>Prepare analysis/documents to division managers for performance review participate in improvement initiatives.</li> <li>Lead on client/customer profitability analysis, internal and external presentations, issues tracking and management, investments and other key developments that require financial inputs.</li> <li>Analyze and challenge country Business Unit on key financial items such as advertising and promotion spend, working capital utilization and cost development.</li> <li>Participate and drive country Business Unit continuous improvement initiatives to streamline Business Unit controlling processes/reporting and improve efficiencies through a better utilization of automated systems (Lighthouse, Exceedra, Salesforce etc.)</li> <li>Manage internal interactions across country Business Unit on matters related to business controlling to ensure timely understanding of financial performance and adequate management of any financial issues.</li> <li>Oversee key administrative activities to ensure smooth running of the administration functions</li> </ul> &nbsp; Job Requirements <ul> <li>Degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline</li> <li>Preferably with ACCA / CPA, or related professional certificate</li> <li>Minimum 5-8 experience in a similar role, preferably with controlling exposure</li> <li>Preferably 2 year of experience in a managerial capacity</li> <li>Demonstrate sound knowledge and understanding of the business and industry</li> <li>Demonstrate sound knowledge and application of financial/accounting principles and budgetary management</li> <li>Proven hands-on experience in SAP accounting applications is an advantage</li> <li>Demonstrate strong research and analytical skills, including statistical computations</li> <li>Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerBI and PowerPoint)</li> </ul>
