Description:&nbsp; Job Summary &nbsp; Lead the overall finance for Healthcare business unit including Financial Planning &amp; Analysis, financial forecasting, annual financial budget, working capital and provide meaningful insights into financial information. &nbsp; Job Responsibilities: &nbsp; <ul style="margin-bottom:11.0px"> <li>Target and forecast accuracy, working capital control, business performance (top line, costs and EBIT), currency impact.</li> <li>Manage departmental operating budgets and costs according to annual allocation to ensure efficient usage of resources.</li> <li>Oversee annual target setting process within country Business Unit. Lead implementation of global templates, review facilitation, challenge country.</li> <li>Business Unit submissions, plan consolidation and annual budget presentation preparation to the Senior Executive Team.</li> <li>Analyze country Business Unit monthly performance based on various data sources (CORE, Crystal, Prism, etc.) to derive a consistent picture of current performance, key issues and action items. Drive high quality business control support to the country Business Unit.</li> </ul> &nbsp; &nbsp; Job Requirements: &nbsp; <ul style="margin-bottom:11.0px"> <li>Degree or professional qualification in Accounting/Finance or a related discipline</li> <li>Master's Degree in Business Administration is an added advantage</li> <li>Minimum eight to ten years’ experience in a similar role and five years’ experience in a managerial role.</li> <li>Demonstrate advanced knowledge and understanding of the business and industry.</li> <li>Proven hands-on experience in SAP accounting applications and Power BI is an advantage.</li> <li>Demonstrate strong research and analytical skills, including statistical computations.</li> <li>Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint).</li> <li>Demonstrate fluency in English (both written and spoken).</li> </ul>
