Description: Job Summary
Support sales target preparations, pricing data maintenance in the system, incentive scheme setting, sales support tools and other administrative work to support frontline sales teams
General Responsibilities
- Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources
- Coordinate with other key functions in the organization to gather and verify all necessary information for sales target tracking
- Check and maintain correct selling prices and promotional discounts/free-of-charge of both regular and promotional items in the systems
- Maintain individual performance tracking records and alert team leaders of improvement opportunities
- Follow up on DKSH inventory data and report to supervisor on over, less, out-of-stock or write-off stock items
- Coordinate and support any special projects related to selling, order processing, customer service and logistics
- Recommend any possible improvements or process enhancements within areas of responsibility
- Work closely with internal departments to gather and verify information
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Demonstrate sound knowledge and understanding of the industry/market/competitors/customers
- Demonstrate basic customer management skills
- Demonstrate a general understanding in all aspects of supplier and customer relationship management including supply chain, field marketing and branding
- Demonstrate advanced research and analytical skills
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken
Education
Diploma/certificate in Business/Marketing or related fields
