Job Description

 

Role Overview:

The Client Servicing & Sales Operations Executive is responsible for overseeing and improving the operational processes within the organization. This role involves managing daily operations, implementing efficiency measures, ensuring smooth functioning of various departments to meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently. Address any operational issues that arise and implement solutions promptly.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement within operational processes and develop strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and support sales order, providing guidance to colleague, training, and performance evaluations to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage operational projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Coordinate cross-functional teams as needed.
  • Resource Allocation: Manage resources effectively, including engaging logistic company to fulfil sales order. 
  • Quality Control: Monitor and ensure the quality of products or services delivered, implementing quality control measures and standards.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements. Stay updated on relevant laws and best practices.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present operational reports, including performance metrics, progress updates, and recommendations for improvement to senior management.
  • Customer Service: Oversee customer service operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and addressing any customer complaints or issues.

Job Requirements

 

Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Skills: Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in operational management software and tools.

Experience: Proven experience in operations management or a related role. Experience in Sales and Manufacturing is preferred.
