Description:&nbsp; Job Summary: Responsible for monthly financial statement to be prepared accurately and on timely manner, provide support to payroll processing &nbsp; Job Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Manage full set of accounts including bank reconciliation, schedules, depreciation, journal entries and other deliverable required for reporting purposes.</li> <li>Support accounts payable, invoice book-keeping and payment process.</li> <li>Responsible for consolidating backlog and pipeline file in preparation for monthly forecast submission.</li> <li>Responsible for payroll processing including commission computation</li> <li>Ensuring compliance&nbsp;with all applicable financial and accounting regulations.</li> <li>Providing financial support and analysis when required.</li> <li>Responsible for manual submission to fulfil E-invoice requirements.</li> <li>Responsible for filing SST return purpose.</li> <li>Oversee key administrative activities to ensure the smooth running of the administration function.</li> </ul> Job Requirements: <ul> <li>Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline</li> <li>Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, practices, and reporting standards</li> <li>Attention to detail and high level of accuracy</li> <li>Preferably with ACCA / CPA</li> <li>Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar function</li> <li>Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g Excel, Word and PowerPoint)</li> </ul>
