&nbsp;What You'll Be Doing:&nbsp;

<li>Handle daily administrative and manage filing systems (physical and digital). Eg: Managing purchase orders, preparing invoices, DOs, POs using autocount</li>
<li>Assist in handling product-related documents, including screw/parts numbering and records</li>
<li>Update, maintain, and organise data using Microsoft Excel.</li>
<li>Answer phone calls, reply emails, and liaise with internal staff and external parties</li>
<li>Photocopy, print, and send/receive fax documents as required&nbsp;</li>
<li>Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
