Key Responsibilities
Technology Strategy and Implementation:

<li>Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related issues, providing timely resolutions.</li>

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

<li>Work closely with operations, marketing, and other departments to understand their needs and challenges.</li>
<li>Plan, research, and implement technology solutions that streamline processes and enhance stakeholder satisfaction.</li>
<li>Facilitate the onboarding and training of staff on new systems and technologies.</li>

Stakeholder Engagement:
