🪴 Role Summary
The F&B Operations Manager will serve as the primary execution arm of the founder and leadership team, overseeing cafe operations from pre-opening setup to post launch management.
You will lead a team of cafe staff, ensuring operational standards, service quality and team performance are consistently met.

Experience
Minimum 3–5 years in a similar F&B / retail operations role, with at least one full setup or launch experience. Proven experience leading and managing café or restaurant teams.
Education
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or equivalent experience.
Project Skills
Experienced in managing timelines, tracking deliverables and driving multiple concurrent initiatives.
Licensing Knowledge
Familiarity with local authority regulations for DBKL, Bomba, Health Dept, etc.
People Management
Experience in hiring, training and supervising front and back of house staff.
Technical Proficiency
Comfortable with POS systems, HR portals, Excel, Google Sheets and reporting tools.
Personal Traits
Self-starter, highly organized, calm under pressure, high integrity, reliable follow-through.
Languages
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin / Cantonese and foreign language is an advantage.
