🪴 Role Summary
As a Service Crew member, you are part of the frontline team responsible for delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a clean, organised, and guest-ready cafe environment.
This is a hands-on role where teamwork, attentiveness, and responsibility matter. You support service flow during peak and non-peak hours, assist other stations when required, and ensure guests feel welcomed, cared for, and comfortable at all times.

🍽️ Hands-On Service Delivery

<li>Take and serve orders with care, clarity, and a friendly attitude</li>
<li>Assist with food preparation, drink support, or tray assembly as needed</li>
<li>Engage with guests to promote menu items and retail products</li>
<li>Clear tables and reset dining setups promptly and thoroughly</li>
</ul>
📋 Cleanliness, Compliance &amp; Flow
<ul>
<li>Maintain a clean and tidy cafe environment including tables, floors, toilets, and counters</li>
<li>Perform routine hygiene checks and cleaning rounds accordingly to SOP</li>
<li>Monitor ambient conditions — lighting, temperature, scent, and music levels</li>
<li>Ensure condiments, cutlery, takeaway packaging, and trays are always restocked</li>
</ul>
🛠️ Operational Backup &amp; Compliance
<ul>
<li>Support barista, cashier, and kitchen teams during busy periods or events</li>
<li>Assist in DBKL, Health Dept, and food safety SOP compliance and inspection readiness</li>
<li>Flag maintenance, hygiene, or guest concerns to the supervisor immediately</li>
</ul>
🛍️ Cafe &amp; Crew Support

<li>Restock trays, cutlery, napkins, takeaway items</li>
<li>Support barista, kitchen, or cashier team as needed</li>
<li>Work closely with team to help each other across tasks&nbsp;</li>
