We are urgently seeking a highly motivated and proactive Translator &amp; Admin Executive to support our Managing Director. This role is vital in ensuring smooth communication, especially during live meetings, site visits, and client engagements. You will work directly with top management and handle important translations (verbal and written), as well as support with administrative duties. are looking for highly organized and bilingual professional with strong skill to join our growing company.
If you are confident in both written and spoken Mandarin-English translation, especially in live interpretation during meeting and discussion, this role is for you!
&nbsp;Translation &amp; Communication
<ul>
<li>Provide live (verbal) translation during meetings, presentations, and site visits (Malay to English or Mandarin to English – depending on need). &nbsp;</li>
<li>Accurately translate documents, emails, reports, or memos. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Act as a communication bridge between the Managing Director and external/internal staff. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure clarity, accuracy, and cultural appropriateness in all translations.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h4>Administrative Support</h4>
<ul>
<li>Prepare meeting minutes and follow-up documents. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Draft letters, reports, and simple presentations when required. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Handle filing, documentation, and data entry tasks.</li>
