Job Description

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy aligned with business goals to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support revenue growth.
     
  • Sales Management: Establish and oversee sales targets, budgets, and performance metrics. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and business expansion.
     
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (B2B and B2C), ensuring measurable impact on lead generation and sales outcomes.
     
  • Digital Marketing: Oversee digital advertising campaigns with external agencies. Improve SEO/SEM strategies to drive organic visibility and traffic. Execute email marketing and lead nurturing campaigns.
     
  • Content & Social Media: Shape the content strategy and ensure quality copywriting for campaigns. Manage social media presence (TikTok, Instagram, XiaoHongShu, etc.) to build engagement and community.
     
  • Market Research: Conduct market and competitor analysis to uncover opportunities, trends, and insights that inform business decisions.
     
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, sales funnel metrics, and marketing ROI. Use insights to refine strategy.
     
  • Budget & Vendor Management: Manage budgets effectively, ensuring cost efficiency and maximum ROI. Coordinate with agencies, freelancers, and vendors.
     
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide the sales and marketing team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
     
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in sales and marketing management, ideally in [your industry].
     
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving measurable marketing outcomes.
     
  • Solid knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, email, social media, analytics).
     
  • Experience leading cross-channel campaigns and working with external agencies.
     
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong English writing ability.
     
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and CRM systems.
     
  • Strong leadership skills, able to motivate teams and manage stakeholders effectively.
     
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
