Job Description
1. Main task is to generate PO from PR direct materials, follow-up delivery status to ensure timely delivery to support production run smoothly. 2. Invoice Matching, and raise PRN submit to Finance Department 3. Monitoring of Supplier Performance / Update Approved supplier list and all documentation. 4. Liaise with the sales tax dept on sales tax exemption issue. 5. Liaise with the Quality Department and supplier about the quality issue 6. Liaise with warehouse for raw materials and packaging materials receiving issue 7. Dealing with the Materials Planner to reschedule/cancel order. 8. Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
1. Diploma Holder in related field. 2. Preferable :Minimum 1 year working experience. However, fresh graduates may also be considered. 3. Experience in manufacturing industry will be add advantage. 4. Able to work under minimum supervision and can work under pressure 5. Creative and positive thinking. 6. Knowledge or familiar with HACCP, ISO, GMP and/or Halal will be an advantage.
