Job Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Handle full set of accounts including AR, AP, GL, and bank reconciliation.</li>
<li>Prepare monthly financial reports, statements, and supporting schedules.</li>
<li>Assist with budget preparation, audit, and tax submission.</li>
<li>Ensure proper documentation and compliance with accounting standards.</li>
<li>Liaise with internal departments, auditors, and external parties when necessary.</li>
<li>Support management in financial planning and analysis.</li>
<li>Identify stock take discrepancy.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Direct preparation of budgets, review budget proposals and prepare necessary supporting documentation and justification.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Provide management with timely reviews of organization’s financial status and progress in its various activities and programs with analysis on actual performance versus plans.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure business continuity and regulatory responsibility as well as adherence to all laws, statutes and regulations of Malaysia.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
