We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Admin Executive to support our daily administrative and retail operations. This role focuses on handling administrative tasks to support the backend of our retail outlets and head office.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Key Responsibilities

<li>Organize and handle daily data entry and operational documents (e.g. tenancy, invoices, billings)</li>
<li>Support basic finance-related admin tasks&nbsp;</li>
<li>Track deadlines (e.g. submissions, renewals, payments) and ensure timely completion</li>
<li>Assist in inventory management and pricing tasks&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
