Your Key Responsibilities

• Ensure proper and smooth operation of trading platforms (MT4/MT5) and related systems.  
• Apply configuration changes on the Platform Components.  
• Perform software installations, upgrades, and routine audits  
• Collaborate with various teams and outsource companies to support trading activities  
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest industry trends and technologies.  
• Analyze system performance and identify areas for improvement  

Job Requirements

 Requirements

• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or any other relevant field.  
• At least 2 years of working experience in Technical Support or any related fields. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, training will be provided.  
• Experience in the MT4 / MT5 trading system administration is preferable.  
• Prior experience in trading, investment, finance, or forex is a plus  
• Experience handling client inquiries and technical issues in Financial Services, Forex, or Futures is also a plus.  
• Excellent communication skills in BOTH English and Mandarin (for effective communication with global colleagues).  
• Strong problem-solving & analytical skills with a passion for trading.  
• Willing to work flexibly and shift arrangement.
