<li>Assist in preparing preliminary cost estimates, budgets, and cash flow forecasts for development and construction projects.</li><li>Prepare tender documents, bills of quantities (BQ), and evaluate contractor and supplier quotations for accuracy and competitiveness.</li><li>Support in drafting, reviewing, and administering contracts to ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and cost requirements.</li><li>Verify, process, and recommend contractors’ interim progress claims, final accounts, and variation orders.</li><li>Carry out accurate quantity take-offs from drawings, specifications, and site measurements to support project costing.</li><li>Monitor project expenditures, track variations, and prepare cost reports to ensure projects remain within budget.</li><li>Work closely with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve contract, cost, and documentation matters.</li><li>Maintain proper records of contracts, claims, correspondence, and ensure compliance with company policies, legal, and regulatory requirements.</li>
