We are an expanding F&amp;B group seeking a highly organised and proactive Management Assistant / Executive Assistant to support our senior management. This hands-on role combines executive support, operations coordination and travel to outlets/events. Key Responsibilities:

<li>Manage the Executive Director’s calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and communications.</li>
<li>Prepare reports, memos, presentations, and other documents for internal and external use.</li>
<li>Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.</li>
<li>Organize and prioritize incoming information, ensuring the ED is well-prepared for meetings and deadlines.</li>
<li>Assist with coordination of cross-functional projects, especially between culinary, operations, and marketing teams.</li>
<li>Track and follow up on key initiatives, business development tasks, and departmental goals.</li>
<li>Support the ED in vendor management, including contracts, negotiations, and performance reviews.</li>
<li>Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation.</li>
<li>Act as a gatekeeper and liaison for the ED with internal staff and external stakeholders.</li>
<li>Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.</li>
<li>Draft professional correspondence and ensure timely responses to inquiries.</li>
<li>Coordinate event logistics for executive meetings, board meetings, or corporate functions.</li>
<li>Support ad-hoc tasks, special projects and assignments given by management.</li>
</ul>
