Job Description

• Engage with internal and external users to understand IT needs, analyze workflows, and implement solutions that improve productivity and efficiency.
• Manage vendor relationships, ensuring timely system implementation, maintenance, and support in line with service level agreements.
• Gather user requirements, document processes, conduct UAT/QA, and coordinate successful rollouts of new systems, including training and user sign-off.
• Provide technical support for IT infrastructure, hardware/software, social media, and e-commerce platforms, including troubleshooting and integrations.
• Prepare and maintain system documentation, propose process improvements, and support the development of IT policies and procedures.
• Research and report on new technologies to support business needs across departments.

•  Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
•  Proven experience in IT support and system implementation.
•  Experience in vendor management.
•  Strong understanding of system testing and quality assurance methodologies.
•  Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
•  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•  Experience supporting social media and e-commerce platforms is highly desirable.
•  Ability to create process flows and technical documentation.
•  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
