<p>Monitor and manage post sales customer services, ensure smooth operational flow in delivery of vacant possession and efficiency in handling building defects management.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Attend to customers’ feedback professionally in compliance with Eco World’s service standards, offer reasonable alternatives in resolving customers’ feedback and implement a close follow-up of query and rectification work until completion.</p>
<p>Manage and monitor pre / post handing over processes and inspections effectively and efficiently to ensure high level of quality control and quality assurance.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Build and maintain close support with contractors, consultants, subordinates, management representative, customers and relevant authorities in the coordination and facilitation of the defect rectification processes.</p>
<p>Implement and monitor relevant processes to facilitate smooth operation flow and identify opportunities   to create value added services to enhance customers’ experiences&nbsp;</p>
<p>Implement and manage process flow and service standards, maintain effectiveness and high compliances to deliver service excellence in a consistent manner.</p>
<p>Responsible for assessing training needs and provide adequate trainings and learning opportunities to constantly drive team competency.</p>
