<h2><strong>Role Summary</strong></h2>
<p>This is a critical leadership role where you will:</p>
<ul>
<li>Build and lead our <strong>BD/Team from scratch</strong><br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Develop our <strong>go-to-market strategy</strong><br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Close <strong>high-value clients</strong>, and<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Produce<strong> proposals and pitch</strong> it to potential clients<br>&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2>
<h3><strong>🔍</strong> <strong>Sales &amp; Client Acquisition</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across key verticals (automotive, insurance, FMCG, etc.)<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Plan and strategize methods to approach potential clients and build relationship for long term deals<br></li>
<li>Build and manage the full sales pipeline—from lead generation to proposal to deal closing<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Work closely with the Creative and Operations team, to develop personalized pitch decks and value-driven proposals<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Represent the agency in client meetings, pitches, industry events<br>&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>🧑‍🤝‍🧑</strong> <strong>Building and Leading the BD team</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Hire, train, and lead a team of sales execs and BDMs over time<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Coach team members on sales tactics, negotiation, and closing<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Set and track KPIs, commissions, and performance metrics<br>&nbsp;</li>
<li>Foster a performance-driven, goal-oriented team culture<br>&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
