As the Head of Sales,, you will lead and grow our commercial department owning new business acquisition, client retention strategies, pitch pipelines, and revenue expansion across accounts. You’ll be both hunter and closer, and you’ll also shape the systems and rituals for long-term growth.

You’ll work directly with the CEO and Account Directors, turning creative firepower into commercial success.


🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

đŸ§© Sales & Pipeline Ownership

  • Lead all inbound and outbound sales strategy, with a sharp focus on FMCG and MNC clients
  • Build and maintain a high-quality client pipeline across key sectors (F&B, beauty, health, consumer goods, etc.)
  • Qualify leads, shape tailored proposals, and own pitch decks from narrative to numbers
  • Work cross-functionally with creative and strategy to close high-value retainers and projects
  • Develop monthly and quarterly sales forecasts and strategy aligned with company growth goal

    📈 Business Development Strategy
  • Identify new business opportunities — industry shifts, product categories, or partnership models
  • Attend networking events, pitch meetings, and thought leadership forums on behalf of the agency
  • Lead the development of agency credentials, rate cards, and capabilities decks for different verticals

    đŸ€ Account Growth & Upselling
  • Build strong relationships with key client decision-makers
  • Spot upsell opportunities within existing accounts and present proactive solutions
  • Work with Account Management to track client health and maintain high retention rates
  • 🛠 Sales Ops & Team Leadership
  • Design and manage sales workflows, CRM systems, and reporting frameworks
  • Mentor junior sales or business development staff
  • Collaborate with operations and finance to ensure margin health and project viability


Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS & IDEAL PROFILE

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial leadership in an agency or media/creative business
  • Proven track record closing and managing high-value clients, particularly in FMCG, lifestyle, or MNC sectors
  • Highly skilled in presentation writing, proposal building, and persuasive storytelling
  • Strong understanding of the creative process, content marketing, and digital campaign dynamics
  • Strategic thinker with the confidence to pitch ideas and negotiate fees at senior levels
  • Bonus: Familiar with tools like HubSpot, Google Slides & Sheet, or Lark for deal tracking and sales decks
  • Collaborative, proactive, and deeply client-obsessed — with a drive to grow something meaningful
