Job Description

• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Identify, qualify, and secure new corporate and individual clients for courses, seminars, and conferences.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Lead sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations with decision-makers.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and course production teams to drive campaign success.
• Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting using CRM systems.
• Mentor and guide junior sales or business development executives.
• Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry functions.

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role (training / event industry preferred).
• Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
