To process purchase orders, manage inventory, and ensure timely deliveries. They also track orders, update records, and may assist with vendor negotiations and invoice processing. 
To maintain good relationships with the organization’s vendors is crucial.
<ins>Job Description</ins>
<ol>
<li>To perform daily tasks, such as processing purchase orders, ensure purchase orders are in order, and managing the completion of requisition forms.</li>
<li>To negotiate and source for the best price and to do price comparison.</li>
<li>To create and maintain purchase orders; ensuring the pricing, details and delivery dates on the purchase orders are correct.</li>
<li>To follow up with suppliers on delivery of backorders.</li>
<li>To ensure On-Time delivery for all purchases.</li>
<li>To maintain good relationship with all suppliers.</li>
<li>To collect GRN (Goods Receipt Note) from the Store department once the receiving is done.</li>
<li>To ensure the Invoices received are timely and ensure any invoices discrepancies are avoided.</li>
<li>To follow-up with Accounts Department on payment advice to suppliers.</li>
<li>To update and monitor stocks such as Stationery, Toner and Cleaning utilities.</li>
<li>To monitor company Cleaners activities so as to ensure the cleaning work are in order and carried out daily as per schedule.</li>
<li>To update monthly KPI and revert to department head.</li>
<li>To assist department head in any related matters.</li>
<li>To achieve team work, integrity and responsibility in all work activities.</li>
</ol>
